I move painting beyond its traditional frame by embedding it directly within architecture and landscape. I paint at the bottom of swimming pools, directly onto the liner, using a resin-based paint specifically designed to withstand water and time.
The pool becomes a submerged canvas. The artwork is no longer simply observed — it is experienced, crossed, inhabited. Once filled, the water transforms the painting: lines shift, colors intensify, and light creates a permanent dialogue between material, movement, and reflection.
Painting inside a pool means bringing art into daily life — into a space where the body floats, dives, and moves. The artwork evolves depending on depth, perspective, and natural light. It is never static. It becomes alive.
