Elliot Zontone
Elliot Zontone (b. 2002, Paris) is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice revolves around gesture, materiality, and lived experience. Raised in Saint-Émilion, he draws from the symbolic depth of wine culture, time, transformation, memory, infusing his work with layered textures and vibrant intensity.
Influenced by a free and instinctive form of Cubism, his paintings are driven by fragmentation, movement, and the raw force of the gesture. The body occupies a central place in his research — neither idealized nor academic, but expressive, vulnerable, and alive.
Extending beyond the canvas, Zontone creates monumental murals, submerged pool paintings, and immersive projects that blur the boundaries between art, architecture, and daily life. He has exhibited at the Palais Brongniart in Paris and continues to gain visibility on the contemporary art scene.
